ANDERSON, S.C. — Jess Fleming and Jamie Sykes of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and John Phillips, owner of Grady’s Outdoors, tag and release 50 fish to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Hartwell Dam and Lake.
