Walleye, musky, pike seasons start in UP waters
Good numbers of crappie have been caught on the inland lakes. Bluegills should be on the beds soon. Northern pike are being caught in the rivers. Lots of bass are being caught and released. Saugatuck: Salmon fishing was slow.

Bass, crappie fishermen faring well at Priest Lake
Crappie fishing on Percy Priest has also been good. There have been several nice stringers of crappie checked in. These fish are scattered and can be found anywhere from 3 to 4 feet of water all the way out to the main river channel.
